The Olympus 300mm f/4 PRO Lens will be announced on January 6, 2016 at the CES 2016 with a price tag around $2500. Shipping is scheduled to start in late February, 2016.

The Olympus 300mm f/4 PRO Lens is a telephoto prime lens for Micro Four Thirds cameras, it provides a 35mm focal length equivalent of 600mm and also gives constant aperture of f/4. and it is expected to feature extremely high quality optics.

Olympus 300mm f/4 PRO Lens Rumored Specs:

  • Dust- and splash-proof construction and looks to be roughly the same size as the 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO.
  • IS on/off switch (in lens stabilization)
  • Minimum focus distance: 1.4m
  • Focus limiter switch
  • To be released in Spring 2016
  • Price around $2,500 in US.
