New Sony ZV Entry Level Model Will Be Announced on October 12
In addition to the Sony a7R V announcement on October 26, Sony will announce a new fixed lens ZV series camera on October 12th. However, this is not a camera to replace the current Sony ZV-1. It’s a new entry-level model, priced lower than the ZV-1.
The specs are unknown at the moment, but it seems that it will be an entry model with a lower price than the ZV-1. I was personally hoping for a new model equipped with the BIONZ XR processor, but will it be a detuned version of the ZV-1 as an entry model?
