Sony A6100 Rumored To Come With Two Compact Cameras (HX80 and HX350)

The Sony A6100 camera is confirmed to ship in March, 2016 and it will feature a 36 megapixel sensor. But the announcement date has not been set yet. The upcoming Sony A6100 APS-C E-mount mirrorless camera was previously rumored to be announced at CES 2016, but Sony didn’t do that, so we have to wait. Some rumors said the Sony will announce the new Sony A6100 in the first week of february, but this info is not officially confirmed by Sony, I think we have to wait for the CP+ 2016 (runs from February 25 until February 28, 2016).

According to the rumor report from Sony Alpha Rumors, the Sony A6100 will be announced along with two compact cameras: Sony HX350 and Sony HX80. The Sony HX350 fixed lens compact camera will replace the HX300, not the previous reported HX400.

The info is not 100% confirmed, so just take it with a grain of salt, we will find out if the rumors are true in the coming months.

ReminderSony officially trademarked a new logo called “G Master” for the upcoming f/2.8 zoom series. The first of three to-be-announced lenses in this new ‘G Master’ lens line is set to be a 24-70mm f/2.8. The detailed info (specs and price) of this new 24-70mm f/2.8 ‘G Master’ lens are still unknown.
