Olympus OM-D E-M1X Firmware Update Version 3.0 Coming in June 2021

The Olympus OM-D E-M1X Firmware Update Version 3.0 will be released in June 2021 at the earliest. Currently, we don’t know what new features will be added, would it be the addition of an intelligent subject recognition AF or the starry sky AF installed in the E-M1 Mark III? Eye recognition has also been improved with the E-M1 Mark III, so I would like this to be reflected in the E-M1X if possible.

In addition, the successor to the Olympus E-M1X is rumored to be released in 2022. Many people expect the “new product that makes a loud voice”, which is clearly stated to appear later this year. It’s not a successor to the M1X, but a different camera. Stay with Camera Times on RSS feed, Twitter, Facebook, Flipboard to get more Olympus Rumors.
