Nikon Z5 Updated Rumored Specifications
The upcoming Nikon Z5 mirrorless camera is expected to be announced along with three new Nikkor Z lenses (Z 24-50mm f/4-6.3, 50mm f/1.2, 14-24mm f/2.8) later this month, probably on July 21, 2020.
Here are the updated rumored specifications of the Nikon Z5 mirrorless camera:
- 24MP full-frame sensor
- IBIS
- The Nikon Z5 will have the same EVF as the Nikon Z6
- No top panel LCD
- Dual SD UHS-II memory card slots
- Magnesium alloy camera body
- 1.000 dots LCD screen resolution
- New battery: Nikon EN-EL15c
- USB-C camera powering, not just charging
- Same AF system as in the Nikon Z6
- 1.7x video crop in 4k, no SloMo option
- 6fps burst
- Official announcement expected 0n July 21, 2020
- Shipping will start later this year
- Slightly smaller than the Nikon Z6
- the modes dial is moved to where the top LCD screen is on the Z6/Z7
- The price should be between the Z50 ($856.95) and the Z6 ($1,796.95)
