New Sigma Product Announcement on February 21, 2024

Sigma has announced that they will hold a new product announcement at 10:00 AM on February 21, 2024 Japan time. Two new lenses are expected/rumored:

  • Sigma 500mm f/5.6 DG DN OS | Sports
  • Sigma 15mm f/1.4 DG DN Diagonal Fisheye | Art

By the way, it will be announced just before CP+2024 (February 22nd to 25th). The 21st is the day before CP+ opens, so it’s certain that new products will be exhibited at CP+ 2024. It will be interesting to see if the rumored super-telephoto single focal length 500mm F5.6 and large diagonal fisheye 15mm F1.4 will actually be announced. If both lenses are announced as rumored, I have a feeling that the Touch & Corner of the CP+Sigma booth will be crowded.
