New Nikon Z8 Firmware Update Coming Soon

Nikon will soon release a minor firmware update (version 2.01?) for the Nikon Z8 that improves high-sensitivity performance and includes some small fixes over version 2.0.

The Nikon Z8 firmware version 2.00 was just released on February 7th, so it’s only been two weeks since then, so if the new firmware comes out this quickly, it’s likely to be focused on bug fixes. That said, there are improvements in high-sensitivity performance, so it’s likely to be a welcome update for Z8 users.
