Great for Nikon folks: Nikon is rumored to announce a new Nikkor 28mm f/1.4 lens in the next few days, as early as next week!

In addition to the Nikon D7500 (already announced, $1,247) and Nikon D820, Nikon is rumored to announce five new Nikkor lenses in 2017. And the previous report said one of the upcoming 5 Nikon lenses is rumored to be a full frame ultra wide angle or a fisheye lens, the specifications will be similar to the Canon 11-24mm f/4L or Canon 8-15mm f/4L fisheye.

Today according to the report from NR, Nikon will announce a new Nikkor 28mm f/1.4 lens as early as next week. The current Nikon 28mm f/1.8G lens costs $696.95, so this new Nikon 28mm f/1.4 lens is expected to be priced over $1,000.

In addition, Nikon is rumored to announce the Nikon COOLPIX P900 replacement this year, which will feature a monster 125x zoom (24-3000mm equivalent).
