Fujifilm X-T5, X-H2, X-H2S & X-S20 Firmware Updates Released

Fujifilm released the new firmware updates for Fujifilm X-T5, X-H2, X-H2S, X-S20 cameras.

Fujifilm X-T5 Firmware Ver.2.03

The firmware update Ver.2.03 from Ver.2.02 incorporates the following issues:

  1. AF accuracy is improved with the following focus settings and shooting conditions.
    ・FOCUS MODE：AF-S / AF-C
    ・AF MODE：SINGLE POINT
    ・Lens used：Wide-angle lens
    ・Photography subject：High-frequency subjects such as animal hair, fine leaves, or low-contrast subjects.
  2. The firmware bug is fixed that the viewfinder (EVF) preview display will become monochromatic and freeze in rare cases under the following conditions.
    ・FOCUS MODE：AF-C
    ・POWER MANAGEMENT＞PERFORMANCE：BOOST
    ・POWER MANAGEMENT＞EVF/LCD BOOST SETTING：EVF FRAME RATE PRIORITY (100P) or (200P EQUIV.)
    ・“FUNCTION (Fn) SETTING”：“SUBJECT DETECTION ON/OFF” is allocated.
  3. The firmware bug is fixed that “WRITE ERROR” appears rarely when recording images taken in Memory card slot 2.

Fujifilm X-H2S Firmware Ver.5.03

The firmware update Ver.5.03 from Ver.5.02 incorporates the following issue:

  1. AF accuracy is improved with the following focus settings and shooting conditions.
    ・FOCUS MODE：AF-S / AF-C
    ・AF MODE：SINGLE POINT
    ・Lens used：Wide-angle lens
    ・Photography subject：High-frequency subjects such as animal hair, fine leaves, or low-contrast subjects.
