Confirmed: Sony Will “Only” Announce the FE 24-50mm f/2.8 G Lens on February 21

It is now confirmed that Sony will only announce the FE 24-50mm f/2.8 G lens on February 21st. The price of this lens is 1299€ euros. However, it seems that they are preparing a surprising new product right after CP+ 2024. The Sony ZV-E10 II and the new FX camera are rumored to be released in the near future, and the Sony a7S IV is rumored to be released around the middle of this year, but will these products be released or will it be something completely different? I am looking forward to the announcement on February 21.

The upcoming Sony products in Spring 2024:

  • Sony ZV-E10 II will be announced in the spring of 2024 with specs similar to the a6700.
  • Sony FE 85mm f/1.4 GM II Lens is likely to be announced in the spring of 2024.
  • New Sony FX series camera will also be available (announcement date not yet known)
