It seems that the pre-orders for the Canon RF 14-35mm f/4L IS USM Lens is higher than Canon can fulfill.

Canon Japan announced the full list of the Canon RF lenses that will be in short supply, including the new Canon RF 14-35mm f/4L IS USM lens ($1,699 at Amazon, B&H, Adorama).
