Canon EOS R5 Mark II to be Announced in February 2024?

Canon is expected to unveil the highly anticipated Canon EOS R5 Mark II, the successor to the immensely popular Canon EOS R5, in February 2024. Reliable sources, including certain retailers, have indicated that a series of major camera announcements are scheduled for February 2024, which is the same month as the CP+ show in Japan.
It’s still too early to sign a non-disclosure agreement with the dealers, but Canon is preparing to make a big sale of its high-end cameras in 2024, and is making sure its dealers are prepared for this.
Notably, this period coincides with dealers finalizing their holiday purchases, particularly in anticipation of the frenzied shopping events like Black Friday in November and the festive Christmas season in December. Consequently, no further camera announcements are anticipated for the year 2023.
In the event these speculations materialize, the world can expect the grand revelation of the Canon EOS R5 Mark II during the CP+ 2024 event, marking a milestone in cutting-edge photography technology.
