Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS II & 35mm f/1.4L II Coming Next

Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS II USM Lens and Canon EF 35mm f/1.4L II USM Lens will be annnounced in 2015. Recently, Canon has announced the new EF 50mm f/1.8 STM lens (Amazon | B&H | Adorama) with a very cheap price $125.00 in US (See Sample Images). And a new version of EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS should be announced at the same time. But, that doesn’t happen.

The new Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS II doesn’t come out together with the EF 50mm f/1.8 STM lens. But Canon will announce this new lens with new USM motor soon as well as “some feature that one of Canon’s competitors have announced recently”, the source said.

And ,the long rumored Canon EF 35mm f/1.4L II USM Lens will come in the second half of 2015.
