Canon Cinema EOS R300 Coming in Late August / Early September
Canon is currently working hard on the new “Cinema EOS R Lineup” cameras and the previously rumored Canon Cinema EOS R300 will be officially announced in late August or early September 2020, with the others coming a bit later.
Canon Cinema EOS R300 Rumored Specifications (Name not confirmed):
- Super 35mm 4K DGO sensor (same as the Cinema EOS C300 Mark III)
- No IBIS
- RF Mount
- Internal ND (10 Stops)
- CLog 2 & CLog 3
- 4:2:2 10bit onto SD cards up to 4K120 and 2K180
- No RAW capability internally at launch
- BP-A batteries
- Price: $6299 USD
In addition to the Canon Cinema EOS R300, Canon is also planning to the announce the new Cinema EOS R200, XF505 & XC20 in the next several months.
