At CES 2016, Nikon announced several new amazing products: Nikon D5, Nikon D500, Nikon SB-5000 Speedlight, Nikon KeyMission 360 and Nikon SnapBridge.

Nikon D5, the new flagship FX-format digital SLR camera, challenges photographers to outperform their highest standards, and set new benchmarks for speed, accuracy and image quality. Revolving around a full-frame, FX-format 20.8MP CMOS sensor and EXPEED 5 image processor, this workhorse touts an impressive 12 fps continuous shooting rate with full-time AF and AE, an expandable sensitivity range that goes up to ISO 3280000, and 4K UHD video recording at 30 fps.

Nikon D500, the new flagship DX-format digital SLR camera, can offer the supreme performance of the D5 in a compact, lightweight body. The Nikon D500 incorporates the same powerful 153-point AF system as the D5, ensuring precise subject acquisition even during high-speed continuous shooting at approx. 10 fps. It supports 4K UHD movies, meeting the demands of multimedia professionals, while the new EXPEED 5 image-processing engine enables it to deliver high-quality images and movies and realizes a wide sensitivity range from ISO 100 to 51200, expandable to Hi 5 (ISO 1640000 equivalent).

Nikon SB-5000 Speedlight is Nikon’s first radio frequency (RF) controlled flash. A first for Nikon, the flash operates via radio frequency and will operate without a direct line of sight for a range of up to approx. 98 feet (30 meters). This new-found flexibility lets photographers place lights in different rooms, around corners and work seamlessly in bright ambient light with maximum efficiency.

Nikon KeyMission 360, the first of Nikon’s lineup of action cameras, is a compact and rugged action camera that features dual lenses and image sensors to capture full 360° video and photos in UHD 4K resolution. This allows you to relive your adventures from every angle and share new and unique perspectives with family, friends, and fans.
