Sony at NAB 2016: No Photo Camera or E-mount Lens, But a 4K Camcorder

First, you can watch Sony’s NAB Show 2016 Press Conference here: http://livestream.com/SonyProfessional/SonyNABShow2016

Second, maybe this is a sad news for you: Sony didn’t announce any new photo camera or E-mount lens at the NAB 2016, and we still don’t know any info about Sony A9 full frame E-mount camera or the Sony A99II A-mount DSLR camera, so we have to wait for another several months. I don’t thinks Sony will announce some new flagship camera in the near future, but Sony may announce some more new E-mount lenses in the second half of 2016.

Third, Sony unveils a new HDC-4800 camera system combines 4K resolution with enhanced high frame rate capabilities — 8x at 4K, and up to 16x in full HD. You can read all the Sony Press Releases at NAB 2016 here: http://blog.sony.com/nabshow/

Finally, a deal reminder: Up to Free $200 Gift Card on Sony A7 Cameras, and free $100 gift card on Sony A6300 with 16-50mm Lens kit.  And the grey imported Sony Sonnar T* FE 55mm f/1.8 ZA lens is currently on sale for $699 at GetItDigital via eBay. Hot now!
