We are told that Sony A6100 / A7000 (A6000 Successor) mirrorless camera will be released in very early 2016. Currently, the announcement date of the upcoming Sony a6xxx E-mount camera is still unknown. The previous rumors said that Sony A6100 / A7000 will be announced in mid November, 2015.

And here are some rumored specs of the upcoming Sony A6100 / A7000:

  • 28MP Exmor R sensor
  • 399 AF points
  • 4D autofocus
  • internal 4K video recording

And the previous rumors said that Sony will announce two new E-mount cameras: Sony A7000 and Sony A6100 (or A6500). But, they are just rumors, NOT confirmed by trusted sources, so take them with a grain of salt.

Stay tuned for more info.
