Will Viltrox Release 6 RF Mount Lenses by the end of 2022?

It seems that Viltrox is now working hard on the RF-mount lenses for Canon full-frame and APS-C format mirrorlss cameras.

According to a report from PhotoRumors, Viltrox will release 6 RF-mount lenses by the end of 2022:

  • 23mm, 35mm, and 50mm full-frame RF -mount mirrorless lenses
  • 23mm, 35mm, and 56mm APS-C RF -mount mirrorless lenses

All these new Viltrox RF-mount lenses are expected to be announced by the end of 2022. Since RF mounts have very few options for third-party AF lenses, Viltrox’s new lenses are likely to be welcomed by Canon RF mount users.

VILTROX has already released the Viltrox AF 85mm f/1.8 RF II Lens for Canon RF, which is now selling really well at Amazon, B&H for $399.
