Tony Northrup: Sony a9, a7R III, a7 III are better than Nikon Z7 and Canon EOS R for Sports Photography

Tony Northrup has tested the latest mirrorless cameras for sports photography, including Sony a9, Sony a7R III, Sony a7 III, Canon EOS R, Nikon Z7 and Fujifilm X-T3. Tony Northrup tested them for continuous autofocus accuracy, subject tracking, frames per second, usability, and image quality. And Tony has ranked them from worst to best – for sports photography, the Sony a9, a7R III, a7 III are better than Nikon Z7 and Canon EOS R, while there is another “secret” winner – Fujifilm X-T3. So Sony needs to release the Sony a7000 mirrorless camera to beat the Fujifilm X-T3.
