Sony AS50 Action Camera Full Specs Leaked

The full specs of the upcoming Sony AS50 action camera are leaked online. Sony already send out its CES conference invitation and on January 5th, 2016 sony will have a major press release with product announcement. And it is confirmed that Sony will a new Action Camera and new Handycameras.

Here are the full specs of the Sony AS50 action camera:

  • Same as usually Zeiss lens
  • XAVC-S 50mbps codec
  • FullHd recording 60p
  • New menu with icons (much easier and faster to navigiate)
  • Waterproof up to 60m with included case
  • Batery compartement is similar to the one in az1, but as50 works with same batery as as20
  • Bluetooth (to power on camera with the remote)
  • Electronic zoom
  • There will be new remote rm-lvr3 but will not be sold with as50 and will be relised later in 2016

    • Sony A99II
    • Sony A6100 / A7000
    • Sony 24-70mm f/2.8 G FE Lens
    • Sony 85mm f/1.4 G FE Lens
    • Sony 24-70mm GM (compact zoom)
    • New Sony telephoto lens

What do you expect from Sony CES 2016?
