Sony a7RIII Rumored to Have 70-80MP Sensor and Improved IBIS

We know that Sony a7RII ($3,198 at AmazonB&HAdorama) is amazing and it gets an impressive 90% overall score and gold award from the experts at DPReview. And DPReview selected Sony a7RII as the best overall high-end interchangeable lens camera (price over $2,000).

In addition, Sony a7RII wins the 2015 popular photography camera of the Year at the PMDA awards ceremony held at CES 2016 in Las Vegas.

We have to admit that the Sony a7RII is a true Game-changer, and DPReview said “Sony’s Alpha 7R II breaks a lot of new ground in terms of photographic technology “. And lots of news said the new Sony a7RII is amazing and it is the killer of Canon EOS 5DS R and it can even beat the Nikon D810.

So, Sony a7RII is really amazing and have many many great features, the question here is that: what do you expect from the next Sony a7RIII?

SonyAlphaRumors got the first Sony a7RIII rumor saying that the Sony a7RIII will have a new 70-80MP sensor and improved IBIS.  Improved AF and IBIS are great, but a 70-80MP sensor? Maybe it is too much for many users… do you need a 80MP sensor?
