Sony a7R V and New ZV-1 Styled Camera to be Announced before the Sony a9 III

The latest rumor suggests that Sony will announce the Sony a7R V and a new ZV-1 alike styled camera before the Sony a9 III. In addition, the Sony a9 III is expected to be released before the end of 2022 (or early 2023). In terms of lenses, Sony is likely to release the FE 85mm F1.2 GM and FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM II in 2022.

  • 24-megapixel stacked CMOS image sensor
  • 30 fps high-speed continuous shooting
  • Body design is the same as Sony a1
  • 6K/60p 12bit RAW
  • Full frame 4K/60p 10bit 4:2:2 (6K oversampling)
  • 4K/120p in S35 mode
