Sony A68 to be Displayed at “Salon de la Photo” in Paris, Shipping in Early 2016

The new Sony A68 APS-C A-mount camera will be shown by Sony at Salon de la Photo in Paris (November 5-9). And the shipping is scheduled to start in Early 2016.

In addition, something else will come along with the Sony A68.

The new Sony A68 camera will replace the current A65 model. Here are the rumored specs of the Sony A68:

  • 24MP sensor
  • 79 AF points
  • 19 AF Cross points
  • APS-C A-mount
  • 4D autofocus (seems to be the same as theSony A77II)
  • LCD info display on top of the camera
  • Price around $600
  • Announcement in early November

Reminder: It is confirmed that Sony will add additional 8 new lenses to its FE full frame lineup by early 2016.
