It seems that the upcoming Sigma full frame zoom lens will be the Sigma 28-70mm f/2.8 DG DN Contemporary Lens.

Available in Sony E and Leica L mounts, the Sigma 28-70mm f/2.8 DG DN Contemporary lens will be officially announced on February 24, 2021, and it will compete against the Tamron 28-75mm FE lens. The price is around $900.

The new Sony a1 mirrorless camera is now selling like hot cakes at Amazon, B&H, Adorama.
