Nikon D3300 Replacement Rumored to be Announced in 2016

We all know that the Nikon D3300 is a great entry level DSLR camera, and the camera is a long-time #1 Best Seller in DSLR Camera at Amazon US.

Canon recently announced the Canon EOS Rebel T6 (1300D) DSLR camera (successor to Rebel T5) and it adds a faster Digic 4+ processor, higher resolution LCD, built-in Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity. And we know Nikon and Canon still refresh their products on a very similar schedule, so the Nikon D3300 (announced in January 2014) replacement is expected to be announced in 2016, probably at the Photokina 2016 event in September this year.

Currently, there is no detailed specifications or release date of the D3300 replacement camera, but is highly likely that the Nikon D3300 replacement will be announced around Photokina 2016.

Stay tuned for more info.
