New Sony Patent: 28-70mm f/4 OSS lens for FE Mirrorless Cameras

Sony has filed a new patent for FE-mount mirrorless cameras with full-frame image sensors: Sony FE 28-70mm f/4 OSS lens. And this lens is expected to be released some time in 2015.

Speaking of the FE-mount standard zoom lenses, the Sony FE 24-70mm f/4 ZA OSS and Sony FE 28-70mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS lenses are performing wonderfully for the users. Now Sony decides to develop more E-mount lenses since the sales of Alpha a7-series mirrorless cameras are increasing.

This new Sony FE 28-70mm f/4 OSS lens will be ideal for landscape or architecture shootings and for portrait or wildlife photo sessions.

And more Sony Full Frame E-mount cameras (eg: Sony a7RII) are expected to come this year.
