New Sony FE and Zeiss FE Lenses to be Announced in Mid October, 2015

First I have to say sorry to all Camera Times Readers: The news we reported that Sony would announce 7 new lenses and the Sony A6100 / A7000 at the IBC show 2015 was wrong. Sony didn’t annouced these lenses and camera, instead, Sony announced the new Sony a7SII.

But here is the good news now: According to the news from SAR, both Sony and Zeiss will announce new FE lenses in mid October, 2015. One of those lenses is rumored to be the 21mm Loxia. The previous rumors said that Sony has the plan to update two current A-mount lenses: Sony 135mm f/1.8 Lens and Sony 85mm f/1.4 Lens. And 3 FE lenses are coming: one FE telephoto lens, one FE portrait lens and one 24-70mm FE GM.

Currently, there are 15 Sony FE lenses in the market.
