New Canon “DS126835” Camera Registered, EOS R3?

Canon has registered a new camera with the code name “DS126835” at Bluetooth certification authority. This new camera is equipped with Wi-Fi (2.4GHz / 5GHz Wi-Fi ) and Bluetooth5.0. The same wireless components as the EOS R5 (DS126831 / 36/37/38/39/40). So, this new camera will probably be the upcoming Canon EOS R3.

The Canon EOS R3 full frame mirrorless camera will be officially announced in September 2021. Currently the exact announcement date is still unknown.

The new Canon EOS R3 is now listed at B&H and Adorama.
