New APS-C Canon EOS R Mirrorless Body to Replace EOS 7D Mark II, No 7D Mark III Coming?

There are more and more talk about Canon EOS 7D Mark III around the web, and the latest rumor suggests the Canon EOS 7D Mark II will be replaced by an APS-C EOS R Mirrorless camera body – There is no Canon EOS 7D Mark III coming in the future.

The previous rumor said the Canon EOS 80D replacement and EOS 7D Mark II replacement could be amalgamated into one body and it will be announced in late August 2019. But it is still too early to get any confirmed info at the time of writing. Some reliable info will leaked online just a few weeks ahead of the official announcement.
