More Nikon Z9 Images at the Tokyo Olympics

In addition to the two back side images of the Nikon Z9 camera that leaked yesterday, Photolari today posted another two pictures of the Nikon Z9 at the Tokyo Olympics.

The Nikon Z9 official announcement will be in November/December 2021. Here is what we know so far about the Nikon Z9 full-frame mirrorless camera:

  • Multishot-mode
  • 16-bit RAW option
  • Improved AF (Object detection AF)
  • “Stunning” AF tracking (better than the D6)
  • Integrated vertical grip handle
  • The Z9 is described as a D6 body combined with EOS R5 imaging, a9 II AF, and blackout-free EVF
  • Two XQD/CFX type B memory card slots
  • ISO 64 – 25,600, Hi1, Hi2
  • Improved noise levels and specifically significantly better dynamic range
