Fujifilm X-H2S Will Be Compatible with both CFexpress and SD Cards

The other day, there was a rumor that Fujifilm X-H2S is compatible with CFexpress, but it seems that it will be compatible with both CFexpress and SD cards. It seems that many people welcome this specification because SD card is cheap and easily available, and you can make use of the media you already have.

It is unclear whether it will be a dual slot that supports both CFexpress Type A and SD UHS-II like Sony, or a dual slot of CFexpress Type B and SD UHS-II like Canon and Nikon. Type B can achieve faster transfer speeds, but Type A is more compact and seems to work better with APS-C mirrorless cameras. However, if GFX also supports CFexpress slots in the future, it may be safe to unify with CFexpress Type B, which enables high-speed transfer. Although the price is gradually rising due to the depreciation of the yen, I think it is better to confirm whether CFexpress is A or B.

The Fujifilm X-H2S official announcement is expected to be on May 31 at Fujifilm X Summit 2022.
