Fujifilm GFX 50R Rumored Specifications, to be Announced on September 25

Here are the leaked specifications of the upcoming Fujifilm GFX 50R “affordable” medium format mirrorless camera. The official announcement will be on September 25th at Photokina 2018.

Fujifilm GFX 50R Rumored Specifications:

  • 50MP medium format sensor
  • Basically X-Pro version of the GFX 50S
  • It’s exactly like the Fujifilm X-E3 camera but larger, with same button layout, no ISO dial, only shutter and exposure compensation dials
  • No top OLED screen
  • Joystick
  • Tilting screen
  • Two-axis flip screen
  • Dual SD card slots
  • Thickness: less than 42mm
  • Weight: less than 800g
  • There will also be a new pancake lens with an equivalent of 40mm focal length
  • Price between $3,900 to $4,300
  • The official announcement is on September 25th
