In addition to the upcoming Canon EOS R8 (EOS R Mark II) and Canon EOS R100, Canon is also working on the Canon EOS R6 Mark II to replace the current hot selling Canon EOS R6 mirrorless camera.

Here are the first rumored specifications of the upcoming Canon EOS R6 Mark II full frame mirrorless camera:

  • In-body stabilization
  • 12fps Mechanical
  • 4K 30p (No Crop)
  • 4K 60p (Cropped. The EOS R6 is a 1.1x crop)
  • Canon Log 3/HDR PQ
  • Dual Pixel CMOS AF
  • SD/SDHC dual card slot
  • Not much change in the form factor over the original EOS R6

It is very likely that the 24MP sensor will be the same image sensor version from the “EOS R3“.

The other day, we shared some information about the Canon EOS R8. Currently, it is not known how similar the specifications are, or whether the announcement of these two cameras is close at this time.
