Canon EOS R6 Mark II Firmware Version 1.1.1 Released

Canon has released new firmware version 1.1.1 for Canon EOS R6 Mark II mirrorless camera to add support for the Speedlight EL-5 and a few bug fixes.

Firmware Version 1.1.1 incorporates the following enhancements and fixes:

  • Adds supports for the Speedlite EL-5.
  • Reduces start-up time when the camera’s Bluetooth setting is enabled.
  • Allows FTP/FTPS/SFTP transfers to be completed when using an IPv6 setting.
  • Fixes minor issues.
