It seems that a new firmware update version 2.0.8 for Canon EOS-1D X DSLR camera will come soon.
According to a forum member at dforum.net, he found the firmware 2.0.8 installed on his Canon EOS-1D X after the Canon service. The latest firmware for the EOS-1D X is 2.0.7.
At the time of writing, there is no info on what updates and fixes are included in the new firmware.
