Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM Successor & New Rebels Coming in 2017

Yesterday we reported that the new Canon EF 85mm f/1.4L IS USM lens will be announced sometime in 2017. But this Canon EF 85mm f/1.4L IS lens will NOT be the first lens introduced in 2017. Canon will firstly unveil several new kit lenses and new EOS Rebel cameras.

According to the report from CanonRumors, Canon will announce the new EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM lens replacement and new EOS Rebel cameras in early 2017. Besides this new lens and EF 85mm f/1.4L IS USM lens, Canon will introduce another “interesting” lens. Currently the details (announcement date, apecs and pricing info) are still unknown.
