Zeiss officially announced the Batis 18mm f/2.8 super wide-angle lens. The new Zeiss Batis 18mm f/2.8 lens is designed specifically for full-frame Sony E-mount mirrorless digital cameras, however can also be used on APS-C models where it will provide a 27mm equivalent focal length. The price of this lens is $1,499 USD. And shipping is scheduled to start on May 05, 2016.

Excellent resolution and high contrast
