Tamron SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD G2 Lens to be Announced Soon

Tamron will soon a new SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD G2 lens (model A022) to replace the current SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD lens – The “G2”  in the lens name means “second version”. Available for Canon, Nikon and Sony mounts (no VC in Sony version), this new Tamron SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD G2 lens is expected to be announced in the next few days for Photokina 2016.

Currently, the detailed specs, images and pricing info of this lens are still unknown.

In addition, Tamron is rumored to announce a new wide angle zoom lens in 2016.
