Samsung NX1 Mirrorless Camera, 50-150mm f/2.8 ED OIS S Lens Announced

Samsung NX1 mirrorless camera and 50-150mm f/2.8 ED OIS S Lens have been announced at Photokina 2014.

Samsung NX1, the new 4K video recording mirrorless camera, features a large 28.2MP BSI APS-C CMOS sensor which can offer high-resolution digital imagery, 4K video at 24 fps, UHD at 30 fps, full 1080p HD video at up to 60 fps. And it has fast DRIMe V Image Signal Processor. Other features include a sharp, 3.0″ HD 1036k-dot touchscreen monitor, built-in XGA OLED electronic viewfinder, 205 phase-detection AF points, WiFi and NFC.

In addition to NX1 mirrirless camera, with a dust and water resistant build, the new Samsung 50-150mm F2.8 S lens has a 35mm-equivalent focal length range of 77-231mm, suitable for portraits, sports photography, or wildlife and its Fast f/2.8 maximum aperture enables effective low-light shooting, shallow depth of field, beautiful bokeh and perfect for sports, nature and wedding photography.

Samsung NX1, 50-150mm f/2.8 ED OIS S Lens Price and Release Date

The Samsung NX1 mirrorless camera (body only) is priced at $1,499 and it will be released on October 15, 2014, while Samsung 50-150mm f/2.8 ED OIS S Lens is priced at $1,599.
