Panasonic GH5 Coming at Photokina 2016 with 6K Feature?

The Japanese site Nikkan reports that Panasonic will release a new 6K capable interchangeable lens mirrorless camera during 2016 financial year (goes til March 31, 2017). And this new camera is expected to be Panasonic GH5.

The upcoming Panasonic GH5 will record 6K videos at 30fps and, respectively, 4K movies at 60fps. And this new camera will be able to extract 18-megapixel stills while recording videos. This would require a higher-resolution sensor than the 16-megapixel unit found in the Lumix GH4.

And it is highly likely that the new Panasonic GH5 will be annnounced at Photokina 2016 in September.

The Panasonic GH4 ($1,297 at Amazon, B&H, Adorama) was so popular in 2014 and it gets 85% overall score and Gold Award from the experts at DPReview. The GH4 camera is capable of capturing 4K videos at a frame rate of up to 30fps.

So, if the Panasonic GH5 can record 6K videos at 30fps, will you buy it?
