Olympus 300mm f/4 PRO Lens Specs and Price Leaked

The specs and price of the upcoming Olympus 300mm f/4 PRO Lens are leaked online. The Olympus 300mm f/4 PRO Lens will be announced on January 6, 2016 at the CES 2016 with a price tag 2600 Euro. And here are the specs:

  • 300mm f/4.0 IS PRO (600mm equivalent)
  • 17 lenses in 10 groups
  • 140cm close focusing distance
  • 77mm filter
  • 93x227mm, 1475g
  • In lens stabilization (up to 6 stops!)
  • weather sealed
  • Price: 2600 Euro
  • Shipment in March

The Olympus 300mm f/4 PRO Lens is a telephoto prime lens for Micro Four Thirds cameras, it provides a 35mm focal length equivalent of 600mm and also gives constant aperture of f/4. and it is expected to feature extremely high quality optics. The lens will feature dust- and splash-proof construction and looks to be roughly the same size as the 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO.
