Nikon is still Working on a new High-End Compact Camera

Although the premium Nikon DL series compact cameras have been cancelled, Nikon is still working on a new high-end compact camera, which is expected to be announced in the near future. Maybe Nikon will bring back premium DL series, or to announce the long-awaited Nikon COOLPIX P900 replacement.

The previously rumored Nikon COOLPIX P4000 will come with a 24-4800mm f/3.8-10 lens (200x zoom) and 3.5″ LCD screen.
