Nikon D850 Will Feature 8K Time-Lapse Video

Nikon already announced the development of Nikon D850 (D810 replacement) DSLR camera, but no details or expected availability date were provided. The one major feature of Nikon D850 they have announced is the ability to capture 8K time-lapse video, something we have not yet seen in a DSLR.

The Nikon D850 DSLR Camera is now listed at B&H with only two features:

  • FX-Format Sensor
  • 8K Time-Lapse Video

This item is still in development and specifications are subject to change.

From the press release:

The D850 will be a formidable tool for creators who will not compromise on exceptional image quality and versatility, including aspiring and professional photographers, as well as hobbyists, who shoot landscapes, commercial sports, fashion and weddings, and multimedia content creators.

So, what do you expect from Nikon D850? What’s your specs wishlist?
