Nikon D3500 (D3300 Successor) Rumored to be Announced in 2016

The rumor mill is back with more infomation about Nikon D3500 (D3300 successor) DSLR camera.

First, Nikon is rumored to announce the D3300 replacement in 2016, and this new DSLR camera will be called D3500, not D3400, just like the D5500 (jumped past D5400 from D5300) and the D500 (jumped past D400 from D300S). It is highly likely that this new Nikon D3500 camera will be announced around Photokina 2016.

Second, this Nikon D3500 will have the same 24.2MP DX-Format CMOS Sensor as the D3300 and it is almost confirmed that D3500 will be compatible with SnapBridge to maintain a constant link to a smartphone or tablet. So, the Nikon D3500 is expected to have WiFi and Bluetooth support to make the file transfer more easier.

At last, here is a question for you: What do you expect from Nikon D3500?
