New Tamron SP 24-70mm f/2.8 DI VC USD G2 Lens Coming in Late 2017
Tamron is rumored to announce a new SP 24-70mm f/2.8 DI VC USD G2 lens before the end of 2017, to replace the current Tamron SP 24-70mm f/2.8 DI VC USD model ($200 Mail-In Rebate).
In February 2017 Tamron announced the new SP 70-200mm f/2.8 Di VC USD G2 lens, available in Canon EF and Nikon F mounts.
Sigma, Tokina and Nikon already updated their 24-70mm f/2.8 lenses, so it is not a surprise that Tamron will refresh the 24-70mm f/2.8 lens.
Reminder: Tamron has released their new rebate program: Up to $300 Instant Savings and $200 MIR on Tamron Lenses.
