Canon has announced three new EF lenses at Photokina 2014: Canon EF 24-105mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM, Canon EF 400mm f/4 DO IS II USM and Canon EF-S 24mm f/2.8 STM.

The new EF-S 24mm f/2.8 is Canon’s slimmest and lightest EF-S lens and the second EF/EF-S pancake lens (having the similar spec of its longer focal length brother – the Canon 40mm f/2.8 STM) up to now.

The EF-S 24mm f/2.8 STM Lens is priced at $149.00 and it will be released on November 24, 2014.
