Canon to Acquire Sigma? Rejected!

The rumors said that Canon is trying to acquire Sigma, and here is the update of the rumors.

Canon’s fourth and final offer to buy Sigma was rejected by Sigma CEO and acquisition talks have ended. Instead, the two companies are now in talks to share some technology.

So, if you do not like or do not agree with the idea of the companies merging, this is a good news for you.
